ZLYJ series gear box of plastic extruder is high accuracy hard teeth surface transmission part with push stand designed for extruder. The type is from ZLYJ112 to ZLYJ630.The design of product adapts all technical regulation stipulated in JB/T8853-2001. It features at gears and bearing parts of high strength alloy steel.The gears are made through various processing technologies such as carburizing, quenching, teeth grinding, etc.
The accuracy of gear reaches Class 6, GB10095-88. The hardness of teeth surface reaches HRC54-62. At the front end of hollow output shaft, it is equipped with super thrust bearing to withstand the working recoil. The main standard parts, such as bearing ,oil seal etc, adapt domestic qualified products. As request, it can also be equipped with imported products.
